Ok this Tern set drops from maze mongers but the pieces are quickly becoming cheap sells on the AH:

Now replacing my current TP items in these slots( foragers mantle, swift belt, chiv chain) i will be losing out on 5acc, 6 str,stp 1 & 15 att.i do still keep a 6/hit with rose strap and /sam however. so is it worth picking up these items? my thinking is i can make up the acc with pizza(+1) which i do anyway and this will give me 20% haste on drk what do you guys think?.

If you get the set, go ahead and TP in it if it doesn't hurt your ACC or xHit too much. Since it takes up 3 slots to be useful, you basicaly need to weigh the gear you get vs the gear you could have in those slots.

IMO, it's useful, but situational. It's a preference set.

TBQH, you need to remember that as the level caps are raised, more options will become available. Don't waste too much time and effort on this set (unless it's very easy for you to get quickly) because chances are there will be a bigger and better option in 2 months.
