I'm not sure if its my Connection or its the Game server itself. I recently got a new graphics card and its able to run FFXIV Beta just fine. I go through the character creation screen just fine as well. When I log into tht character and it goes through the 'now loading' process I get an error talking about a Game Server problem. Is anyone else going through this?

Doesn't the FFXIV Beta have its own forums for troubleshooting purposes? I don't think that most of the people on these forums are even in the beta to begin with, so they cannot really help you.

PS: The beta test period ended on Wednesday, according to a friend of mine. Might be the reason why you can't log in.

Shame too.. at least I know my PC can definitely run the game so I'll definitely be picking up this game come sept.

There'll be more test phases coming up before the game goes retail.

They've been having problems with nVidia cards according to the XIV forums. If you have one of those, you might have to turn your graphics way down to get it to run.

I can get the game to run. Just every often the frame rate just suddenly... drops.
