hey everyone just working on t.o.m scythe and wondering if anyone knows a better spot(s) for fire weather other than cape. I know i can wait til firesday but i like to do things as quickly as this game permits. need aquons/flans(definately gonna be fireday for those) than beasts and manticores. Or am i just stuck waiting on firesday constantly? thx in advance

well you get fire weather in mount zhyholm(sp) and there is crabs and flans. flans might give you some trouble without a group but crabs were exp material for 60+ which spawn around sarameya stone.

For Beasts during Fire Weather, go to Ifrit's Cauldron and kill Old Opo-opos, Fire weather is practically omnipresent there.

thanks truly appreciated. On the 200 flan part, can a moderately good drk solo those (eg perle set galka /sam /pld /nin /whm?) or will i need duo + members to kill at a reasonable pace u think?
