they have the same objective, up damage by a small amount. int 7 does that better, for the most part, for 95% of all situations.
-+emn kills the other since the other 5% is virtually the same damage anyway +/-2 points of damage.
they are redundant because its ruffly the same damage outcome. ( most extreme may be +/- 10 damage)
just because they add damage differently does not mean they cant be redundant in the final objective.
it would be like having a belt since path wants to bring up haste, a new belt that adds 7% haste, 1 attack, 3 range attack and a belt that gives 7% haste and 1 str
with only melee jobs able to equip, drop by the same mob.
