Idk, I'd just rather have some more interesting reskins. I mean, it's going to be a zone boss if Lacovie is anything to go off. I'd rather they be a bit more creative with them like they were with Krabkatoa and Yilbegan. Granted they were with the robot clown but has anyone seen that in game yet?

I figure to spawn him you need to beat all 3 zone bosses and get some drop item from them. You may also need the drops from the mobs you have to have Abyssites to pop, like the Turul.

Zone bosses don't drop pop items though and afaik, there none left in the dats or any ??? left anywhere. Turul and Onvi and a lot of mobs in Abyssea seemed to pop after a certain amount of time for no reason, so I'm thinking SE just set it so they'll pop after x amount of days since the first person entered Abyssea. Honestly, I think SE hasn't added it yet and will be with todays update >_>

In their main hand. They have to have a Relic or Mythic in the offhand. And everyone must have a complete set of Salvage gear on. With the title Dynamis - Tavnazia Interloper. And everyone participating must have a set of the pop items, a Black Abyssite, and a full set of Kirin and Jailer of Love, and PW pop items.
