that last few pages was ridiculous.
and you bought up the aggression-passive crap here, care to clear up the point of that?

this is to add to my post in page 2, if a topic looks like its going no where, you do not need pointless insults in the thread for it, it gets locked:
http://killingifrit....d-for-campaign/
wiggy himself did that one, so how is ase in the wrong?
typically if 2 people keep posting every 5 seconds its prob off topic and redundant auguring.

Mmmm, I could write a paragraph on this, but since no one will probably care or Path will write a response back that will start by insulting me, then trying to show superiority, I will just post this...
Well I lied, I just wanted to post that.
It is nothing personal Path, and not saying I have a problem with you, but I see a pattern in your statements, it is kind of predictable now. Can post something back if you like, but more than likely it will just prove my point. But who is to say I am perfect? I am very sure that my writing is not top notch and pretty sure I lack in trying to get my point across to people, but I don't feel this need to come in and make the person feel bad about themselves then proceed with my post. I'm not trying to tell you to be nice, but, really, I just don't get it. What goes through your mind when you see someone make a legitimate post but may not be aware of a certain thing, then you come in, show off your level of intelligence in comparison to theirs by personally insulting them, and then explain yourself. Just don't get it. I understand that "This is KI" and all, but like I said, I just don't get it.
So overall, it is not really a personal attack against you, it is just simply curiosity. This kind of stuff fascinates me! >_>

Oh, and most of the time, I'm just playing it for laughs. I don't know why I have to keep saying this because I've gotten a lot of PMs and tells over the years from people who get that. Sometimes my insults are insults, as with everything I've said about Aselin, Corrderio, and others in this thread. I like to imagine that they're weeping and slitting their wrists the wrong way and shoving pints of ice cream up their asses because they're such sensitive souls that they thought that thread warranted being locked.
But when someone wants to characterize a large part of the population as "troublemakers," especially when the comment stinks of inferiority and envy, that's when civility walks out the door and the boxing gloves come on. Much as you want to tell yourself that we were just trading barbs back and forth... well, we had been, but I got tired of it and tried to wrangle things back on topic by reiterating what I'd said several times before. And yet, the little fanboy trolls who were determined to stop all criticism of their delusions repeatedly pretend that I never said anything constructive and, really, you're not helping matters by buying into their bullshit. I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt that you're not paint-drinkingly retarded and actually think that I was contributing nothing to that thread but meagre insult; please don't make me regret that.
I don't see why I have to write this speech every month or two, either. This isn't complex. I use insults for comedic purposes most of the time. I pull off the kid gloves to get people to pay attention because text is a very limited communication method. And I'm a lot more helpful than the vast majority of you fuckers, so stop telling yourselves differently. I have over 15,000 posts here, to my shame, and most of them are rather humdrum discussions of Monk gear or political debates.

Then why not do it playing a game that is complete (or as complete as one is ever going to get these days) and fun? If you know that MMOs suck at launch (and I agree), why play an MMO at launch? I had to learn my lesson with WoW and Warhammer, but I did learn it. If FF14 becomes the game it ought to be by 2012, just before the Mayan apocalypse claims us all, maybe I'll pick it up then. Until then, there's all kinds of games to be played that don't involve obviously stupid restrictions being defended by people who have zero interest in seeing a product improve or succeed. Because that is what you're doing by attempting to stifle criticism during a beta phase. Square-Enix thanks you for supporting their mediocrity, fanboy.
If I had to pick out a post to really summarize how I felt, it would probably be that one from the thread. Imaginary Beardman knows I've butted heads with Ono a few times. The Official Beta Test forums got so bad on both directions. Ono, you were right though. If people wanted to see the game succeed, it needs it's fair share of healthy criticism.
On the actual tester forums though, you had the Demo people who hated everything, and then you had all the people screaming there's nothing wrong, everything is perfect as it is, with only a minority of us actually hunting down every part of the game they hated, and then making recommendations to fix it. As a system to just slow down players, Surplus won't work. They said Surplus points are stored, so I figure they'll be used to convert to Guild Marks (which are points you earn in higher leves, and trade in to learn otherwise unattainable abilities, extra ability bonuses, and fast attribute conversions). I could go on with fixes they needed to make and suggestions I made (many of which actually caught on and got echoed and repeated a few times). But my average feed back post was 6 single spaced pages in Word. And I was writing about 5 of those a week sometimes. I did get them to listen a few times with my Alpha feed back (the new stat distribution system was all me. The old system where you got 75 to 100 points to divide between 18 stats was awful. I said break it down to attributes and resistances, give each separate points, and keep the points simple)
Anyway, It's like Ono explains. He uses insults for comedy. It takes a long time to not take it personal. If you're not used to him, he will piss you off. I've had a few heated discussions with him. I'll admit after a few, I even walked away with a slightly different look on some stuff. A lot of the time I was tryin to get him to chill out. I found it a lost cause. I'm curious if I'm one of said people he's got a history of irritation with though. I doubt it though.
*edit*
Also, Aselin is a girl. I've skyped her before for help with some computer upgrades.

And I'd need a genome map before I trust Aselin to ever properly identify its sex. They can build trannies from the ground up these days and this particular one has a long history of deliberately obscuring its gender. I'm inclined to believe bio-male, though. It would explain the excessive secrecy and eerily unnatural attempt to appear gentle and rock-brained. Look at the other females on this site and beyond: some of them can almost string together three words without launching into a forty-minute muse about the latest sling-back pumps. Normally I'd have nothing against someone who wants to chop his dick off and feed his nuts into a paper shredder, but it grates on my few remaining nerves when he won't actively embrace his new gender, especially in circumstances where there's no reveal to be made. It bespeaks severe psychological illness, but that's still no excuse for acting like a goddamned Magic 8 Ball that not-too-mysteriously lacks gonads and would prefer to launch passive-aggressive attacks on his co-workers instead of fucking facing up to the stupid decision he made and reversing it.

There is a time and place for everything, here or that thread is not the place
I do not know why you all on this bandwagen to hate ase, but that thread was going nowhere, and like i said before, you do not need insults back and forth to lock or not lock something.
im sure there are lots of threads that didn't get locked where you may be chewing someone out for grammar but they don't usually go down that path for long.
as for why I posted my thread here, I was saying the MB item is the one be removed so the sarcastic comment really didn't fit, nor did you list of belts with haste on them scene.Ii was talking about 2 items that came out at the same time and doped from ( almost) the same place.
I do not know what your problem is but how do you say " take the sand out of you vagina"? should be fitting you this time

I couldn't care less if she was a dude or chick, the only thing that bugs me is that she never defends herself when this gets brought up. I know if someone in my LS calls me a she by accident, I correct them. I would've figured by now Ase would do the same, just to clear the air when this subject gets brought up multiple times. But hiding in the shadows each time the subject resurfaces only causes me to believe something shady is going on, unless she is just taking an active stand to not have to prove anything to us by remaining silent, which she also has every right to. Not that it bothers me any, I have no beef with Aselin at all personally. I don't have beef with any of the mods for that matter. It would be nice to see her defend herself once in a while, though, instead of letting all this speculation and mudslinging occur.
I'll just have to side with Varizen on this case and take his word that she is a she, unless proven otherwise.

And when did KI get political? "The admin must come out and explain herself, rawr!"

Since that thread didn't deserve to be locked. When was KI all about camaraderie anyway? Why does a thread with any semblance of conflict need to be locked? I am usually all about nuances, but you pussies need to stop appeasing both sides of an argument, "HE SHOULD HAVE LOCKED THE THREAD BUT HE SHOULDN'T HAVE LOCKED THE THREAD" makes no sense.
