Use uTorrent, Vuze or whatever torrent program you've got for greater speeds. The SE updater fails badly.

These updates don't hurt me too bad, but I have BitTorrent just in case. I have yet to touch torrents because it is apparently against their terms or something of that sort. I want to be a good boy. Regardless, thanks for the info.

Use uTorrent or w/e it will save you a loooot of time overall. I finally got in i am stuck at character creation trying to decide what path to take war,land,hand I R CONFUUUSED

torrents are worlds faster. and there is no way for SE to know you updated via torrent.
