It seems I've got a problem here, I've completed 8 regional guildleves and now it won't let me accept new ones nor exchange. What am I supposed to do now?

You are limited to 8 guildleves a day, and guildleves in a certain area will not reset for 48 hours.
Example:
I do 4 guildleves in Camp Bearded Rock, and I do 4 in Skull Valley, now I am locked out for the day in doing guildleves. But if I wait till tomorrow, I can do guildleves in Bloodshore, but I cannot do guildleves in Camp Bearded Rock or Skull Valley till 48 hours are up.
Example:
I do 4 guildleves in Camp Bearded Rock, and I do 4 in Skull Valley, now I am locked out for the day in doing guildleves. But if I wait till tomorrow, I can do guildleves in Bloodshore, but I cannot do guildleves in Camp Bearded Rock or Skull Valley till 48 hours are up.

and is this JUST for beta or is this straight full game?

I have read that you can do same guildleve several times if you hav party membesrs with the same leve available? How come when I did guildleve with my brother we were only able to do one of each, regardless of who started the leve. for example, we both got all 4 leves at Bearded rock. I started leve #1 and completed it, and when my brother was going to start the same leve after, it was grayed out/completed.

Full game, but even the dev team is divided on the topic.
If you have an overlapping leve, it counts it for everyone that has it. To do lots of leves, you need to either have 1 person at a time have leves, or luck out and get a huge variety. I've voiced converns over this since B1.

Was confirmed by someone that doing 8 guildleves only counts in that region. So you can jump from the Gridania region to the Ul'Dah region and do 8 there.

The limit of 8 only applies to regionals ya? I mean if u do 8 regional guidleves are you unable to switch it up and do some local leves?

Well then, the 48hour cooldown is not so bad after all.
