It's been eight years since FFXI came out. Who is your favorite character? Post a picture and explain why you like him/her/them.


My first fight against him, it was very exciting and an epic battle.


This cutsense gave me chills. I mostly liked mithra's quote - "You shall be twisted by the envy that drives you..."


The alliance setup was not TP burn, this V1 battle was a very intense battle.

There are several tarutarus NPCs they are my favorite, because they make funny quotes. They make me chuckle every time. My most favorite quote is

"Damnitaru!"

Tough choice... I'm gonna have to go Semih Lafihna as my top choice, with Lilisette as a very close second.




Semih Lafihna; cool, confident, saw her in my opening CS's when I first started and thought she was awesome. Over the years of doing windurst missions and quests, I grew to love her. I love her outfit, and the fact that she actually carried her bow on her back as a ranger. lol Definitely one of my favorites, wish she was in a lot more storyline, though. D:







Lilisette is sassy, sexy, and surprisingly very talented when it comes to fighting. You would almost never expect it coming from her, and I like that.

Rather than a picture, I'd rather post this video that I remember watching from one of the contestants during the KI video contest and loved it.

She's pretty much in every story line so far, and I find her to be pretty damn hilarious. Can't wait to meet the Abyssea Shantotto. (Assuming there is going to be an actual storyline and not just a bunch of crap that happens.)

But for a favorite NPC that's kind of tough. Most NPCs just felt shallow to me and didn't get my attention.

shes so badass she will find a way into FFXIV.

btw that pic is badass too, taking a ton of FFXI pictures to make her face.

You know , I liked her before she even got plopuar in FFXI mainstream. when i started i was doing a quest in 2003 or 2004 that involved her. Something to do with a cusred staff and playing voodoo magic tricks on her nabor. I kept the staff because that quest or series of quests made me laugh so much.
