Duke Nukem Forever
Gearbox
Release Date: TBA 2011
Well friends, you don't have to worry about Hell being too hot anymore, because it just froze over. The studio that made Borderlands grabbed the Duke Nukem project away from the incompetent company who took 12 years to try to make a 1-2 year game, 3D Realms. Now my true question is, can you truly bring a "90's" iconic gaming star into the new generation? I was impressed on how well Borderlands was made, so I am kind of having hopes for this title.
But if they are going to pull it off, they are going to have to take what was great about the character and bring him into the new generation while at the same time giving what people in the 90's loved about him. People are impressed by the demos at PAX, so I will look forward to kicking ass and chewing bubble gum.

EDIT:
Also here is someone's experience with the game, and it seems positive from what I read.
