Is sorta annoying, if ya ask me. Plus, I think there is a bug when trying to fix underwear, since you can't unequip it, how are you supposed to repair it? :s

At least in the Beta, the armor barely gets damaged. When KO'd at low levels it takes away maybe 100-150? And some items are a out of a total 100k. So by the time you would have to repair it, you should already be wearing something better.

Everything better is strictly crafted or obtained from levequests. So unless you take up crafting or have friends who do it, you're usually SOL.

True, but with the surplus exp I think there will be few people who don't take up a craft. Also, the local leve's are pretty good exp, craft skill up is decent on them and you can make decent money too.

And just as a crafting tip for smithing 5 nuggets make 1 ignot which makes a sheet. so 3 crafts for the price of one, then sell the sheet for almost the same price as the nuggets. 3 Skill ups for roughly no cost.

Edit: And go level a class like PUG or THM, whatever user preference is to go farm shards while still leveling up. Just an efficient way to level craft and job at same time.

Speaking of surplus exp I've pretty much hit the wall with two lvl 10 jobs.
Base level and job exp are already down in the 100s even on Conjurer which is level 1.
Can anyone explain how to repair weapons? I bought both blacksmith weapons and had copper nugget but it gives me an
error saying I'm not the right class.

I haven't hit surplus on my Thaumaturge at all, and I'm already nearing level 16, while having not touched any other classes at all, so far.
