Welcome to, Wutai
This topic is here for you to meet and greet people on Wutai and to give you some info about your server.
Eventually we will add a linkshell listing here also.

Wutai (ウータイ ūtai) is an optional location in Final Fantasy VII.

The name refers to the nation occupying the western-most continent on the planet, although the name is also primarily used to refer to the nations' only known major settlement, Wutai Village. The countries' people are also referred to as Wutai.

Once a proud, powerful and independent nation state known for its peoples' honor and mystique, after the Wutai War against the Shinra Electric Power Company it fell to serving as a simple tourist attraction and resort, no longer serving as a global power. However some individual pockets of rebellion still seek to regain the countries' old glory and numerous rebel factions sometimes use Wutai as a base of operations.

The nations' guardian deity is Leviathan and as such the god's likeness appears throughout the nations' architecture through banners, flags, and statue representations. Yuffie Kisaragi can obtain a summon materia for Leviathan by defeating her father in a character-oriented sidequest.

Hey everyone, name is Acid Overdose (formerly acidod of the phoenix server from FFXI) and I wanted to say hello.
I'm on Wutai trying out the open beta and would enjoy meeting some fellow Wutai adventurers to maybe grind some XP, do levequests, or just around and take in the sceneary with.
Currently I've got a physical level of 12 with PUG at 8, Fisher at 10, and I just started Archer for shizzles and giggles last night so its at 3.

Look me in game if you want to meet up and do some stuff! I'm typically online 9pm-11pm central time zone, logging on earlier and playing later here and there, but that's my core block of playing during the week.

Haven't decided if I'll stay on Wutai when I get the full game... I guess it depends on how many friends I meet on the server =)

Hi, this post is addressed to quebecers (people from Quebec) playing on Wutai.

We are starting a LS named "Le Wutai Clan" on the server. We take any and all players from quebec (this is starting ls of sorts, and will likely remain a socially-based LS unless it eventually evolves into something else, if it does).

As for the others, I don't mind sharing levequests with you, or even having alliances of sorts with your LSes, therefore, please also feel free to contact me, should you feel like it. Thanks.
