Stuck on update 97.3%

I got it to 97.3% but it's hung, I have 39 remote connections, and 21 Local Connections, and it's not downloading, been at this % for 20 min.

Go to C:/ users, <your name>, My Documents, My games, Final Fantasy beta, downloads, ffxiv-beta, d96437e6, meta info.
Look for the patch that your trying to download I think it was D2010.9.04.2000 open that file with utorrent and watch it download
I use Windows 7 Ultimate

Here's another fix from the guys at Origin (I'm with them. If you trust me, then you can trust them.)

The official word from SE:
After the FINAL FANTASY XIV Beta version update that took place on Sep. 4, 2010 at 10:00 (PDT), we have confirmed an issue wherein the update process of the file “D2010.09.04.2000” would stop for an extended period at a certain percentage.
Our technical staff is currently in the process of investigating the issue. In the mean time, you may be able to avoid the issue by cancelling the update process. Once the update process is cancelled, proceed to start the process once again.
If your update process has not progressed for over 20 minutes, we ask that you please cancel the ongoing process by selecting “Cancel,” and restart the FINAL FANTASY XIV Beta client.
