Account Issues

I deleted my Square Enix account through the FF11 website just recently ago. Without going into too many details, I realized that I needed it back. So, I contacted Square Enix through e-mail, gave them the appropriate info, and I am now awaiting their response. I just have a couple of questions though.

1) (Might be a bad question) How long does it usually take them to fix the problem and get back to me?
2) My Square Enix account was already linked to my Playonline account when I deleted it. I've been reading around and I think most people are saying that once the SE account has been deleted, the Playonline account also gets deleted. I might be wrong and I'm hoping I'm wrong. Will there be any potential problems you could tell me about while I'm waiting for SE to get back to me?
