FFXIV patcher wont download >.>

I got into the open beta and started to download the client, the first patch went smooth now I'm downloading the Boot Version: 2010.09.05.2001 and its at 0.1%.

My antivirus and firewall are down and UpU is up, I'm using win 7.

Have u tried running the program with admin access?
