I don't know, if you're going to call someone a "nigger" or "kike" maliciously, I doubt you're really representing any idea besides provoking some sort of violence. In essence people who bitch about that are just angry that they cannot talk to people at the 5th grade level and instead need to act like adults to total strangers.

This being said, the whole Qu'ran burning thing is an act of hate. Pretty sure Benji and the boys put freedom of speech in the constitution as a way to speak out against the government and injustices on the people, not so you can go around fucking with other people. He just decided to end it. In the end, he got the attention he wanted because people unfortunately decided to give it to him. Plus, I do think the law does protect hate speech if it's a demonstration, even if I think that in itself is wrong. I was just arguing against the whole "omg I wish I can call someone a nigger to his face" stance.
