I am not sure if this is even used yet but i am making a toon with the open beta and want to be able to get the in game shoes and the name brought over.
Issue is it doesn't seem to want to do that. I make a character and when it comes to naming it i assumed the name should be auto filled in but isnt so i try to enter it, name and world name and it does say it isn't available so it does reserve it however it isn't letting me enter it.
I do have the POL ID linked to SE ID however i do no longer have the token cause it was lost so customer service did just remove the one time password option. I did link the FFXIV account when my content ID was canceled cause of credit card reissued.
Now the FFXI content ID is active and I am trying to remake the char from scratch with no luck.
So if anything can be done to assist I would be grateful. On a side not does anyone know if the levels and so forth completed in the beta will that transfer over to full release or we need to start over yet again?
I really hope some light can be shed on this.

Shoes wont be handed out yet. Shoes are handed out at retail...
You must register your POL account to ur SE-ID account so u can receive the perks.
