This would be the same haste as Turban/Haidate/Dusk+1 feet, +a ton more Acc and the Attack occ + all the other bonuses. Look like the new standard for TP setup

Looks like more-so for those that want to make Primal Rend the new WS of choice with all that stacked CHR on them.

Christ what are they doing to this game? Everything is so overpowered and broken now lol. Looks like gear a private server would have or something.

that may be, but hopefully there will be more and more difficult creatures to complement that, game balance, as it were.
