AMD Phenom II 1035T Six-Core 2.60GHz
RAM 6GB DDR3
ATI Radeon HD 5450


This setup is about 750$ where I live, If I was to grab this how would it benchmark for ff14? Is it a good core set-up to start with and just upgrade the video card?

Also I have a Geforce gts250 that I tryed to use in my old computer but its not cutting it there due to the computer being older, how much would this card improve the above set-up?

HD 5450 is garbage compared to the 250GTS.

Better than mine..! I'm playing on a Radeon HD 4850 with a 2.33 Quad and 4 Gb RAM.. so, my advice is to get the benchmark, if I score 2857 from it you will sure get over 3500 since your system is superior to mine, and that's a decent score overall.. it means you can play without any video lag on medium-high settings..

Something wrong with this thing or my card is actually superior to that one..? oO I'm guessing the 5450 model listed there is the low end type without cooling fan..?
