My main is gladiator lv11.. now if I were to craft another bronze dagger will I be able to equip it in off-hand along the one I already have..?

Nope. Daggers are technically part of the Sword class. So Sword+Shield only for now, but I am sure that concept will change in the future.

I thought beside the option of tanking with the help of a shield a gladiator could make a good DD by dual wielding swords much like they do in Lineage 2..

Dual wielding is not yet in the game. It is not to say that it will not be in the game.
Sword(Dagger)+Shield
Polearm
Great Axe
Hand to Hand
Bow
Wand
Staff
That is it in Battle so far.

Even if Dual Wield wont be with Gladiator, I hope they get some type of DD stance/option, such as two-handing or option for Greatsword, later. Single-wielding a short sword just isnt that..... damaging!

Will probably be a class exclusive later. Anyone got that list of classes and what weapons they use?
