The legs are really easy to get through quest. Do the sausage quest and you should be able to get it done in about 80-100 minutes. Head and feet require fame and the quests are longer so I would say just kill NMs for those two parts. Loving my +1 legs.

It took me about 6 hours of off and on farming for my +1s.... 8/8 rng and 8/8 rdm as well ^^.... dropped the stupid pup

Head is another story, about 2 hours in and no drk to speak of... 2/8 rdm, 1/8 rng and out of time ; ; (5 minute round trip seems the best I can do on thf)

Ohh, but about 20 jupiter rings that npc. ^^
