Ok i been gone what i think 2 or 3 years now and im trying to activate my old account but everytime i try to log in to it i keep getting "the Square enix ID, Square enix password, or one-time password entered is incorrect." I have all the correct info becuse i keep that stuff stored away in a book bu i have no idea what this one time passward is never used it before but doesn't seem u have to when i was settig up my account! well any way I need some help an expert on this issue please responed oh and the error code is :POL - 5312

yeah i kinda figured that too! just want to know is there some type of support or chat i can get ahold of someone to help me get my accout back up and running?

Ok I went to Square enix to see if my account has been link and sure enough it is but it is not linked to my accout tho the only thing i have linked to my squre enix accout is final fantasy 14! any suggestions
