Considering the necessary time investment to accrue two million Cruor, I think I'd rather waste my stones on fighting NMs and getting Abyssites. Abyssea is a fantastic place to merit if you don't mind leaving frequently to spend them, but once you cap all of your merits what are you going to do, leech a Maat's Cap out of it? I'd rather work on actually accomplishing stuff with my LS, and if I end up with the Cruor for this, it will be as much for laughs as anything else.

I think its mad funny myself to see ffxi version of god mode in action and seems like the class best suited to pull it off is rdm or a drk if the mob isn't immune to souleater. What it does is allow a casual players ls away to take down mobs without the need of a HNMLS its perfect way to low man at the cost of a lot of time invested in getting cruor.

It's pretty obvious that this is a great item and it doesn't just affect RDMs. I could use it as a DRK and spam Guillotine, for example. It's an "I win" button for any job. Therefore, all you're doing is making a topic based on old news that is obvious to you, me, and everyone.

Lol seeing it actually in action is a waste of time to damn funny so many things in game the developers have stated turns out to be false or misleading but this time they added something that for once turns out to be as good as designed yep a waste of time. Got to love it.


I for one would love to see a drk take a PB and solo glavoid or any of the other Higher tiered abyssea bosses with screen shots and maybe a video a waste of time maybe but hey we need more post like post a pic of your rdm and should I be a rdm. Nah just need more post counts +1.....

....how is farming two million cruor in the realm of a "casual" gamer? Further, I don't think an HNM shell is anywhere near necessary to fight most of the NMs abyssea has to offer. It's likely not suited to a PUG, but a better comparison would be to a Limbus, Dynamis, or Salvage shell. ie: an organized group of players rather than a mashup of whatever is seeking at the time.
