Hi guys, I'm currently having trouble installing the game... I tried the support website but I have to wait until monday for a responds-_-
btw I'm pretty nooby w/ computers so bare with me lol

I have an Asus N51vseries and windows 7, I tried installing the game everything went smooth until after the download I click on the icon for ffixv
and then an error messages pops up saying ''A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available'' I have no clue how to fix this so any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm having exactly the same problem, I tried doing what you just suggested but I turned it down to the minimum and it still doesn't work :(

I have more than the minimum specifications too. Any more suggestions?
