Why don't you just write SE directly?

I've done exactly that for XI concerns in past.
And they still never even admit there's problems with the xbox version of the game.

Unless they feel their wallets getting lighter, SE usually doesn't care.

Are you speaking of the Guide Button issue?

Well I know the PS2 version of XI crashes in sea if you're in the palace or garden every now and then, and doesn't the 360 version have issues of Beseiged crashing?

I bet they only read a handfull of things people send in.
Posting a concern on a site, getting it out there and getting people behind you is gona do alot more then an email that will probably end up getting filtered / deleted.
If the issue is big enough, one could organize something and everyone on board could spam them with the same issue. They will notice 100 feedbacks of the same thing from different people over one from one person.

That. SE even stated for SMN once that they where not changing something because not enough people complain about it.

Which is why a game being more successful would get problems fixed faster, benefiting everyone. Except for fanboys that don't want "another WoW" and tell people to gtfo to said game when there's valid complaints made against XIV. It's so great defending a game's obvious flaws and watching nothing improve because of it.
