FFXIV Benchmark help

I benchmarked at 1038 in low res. My system should be more then capable to run but it runs really slow. Please throw some suggestions my way in what i need to do.

Your weakness is your shitty video card. Not only do you have a vid card that is 4 generations old, but it was a bottom of the line one at that. Although the requirements are a 9600 nvidia (which pretty much nets a 1500) at the min, that card was actually a mid range card. The 100 series was (if im not mistaken) a rebrand of the 9000 series. Spend $100 or so on a new vid card and you score will probably go up over 1k points.

To be more specific the rebranding gos as follows:
G100 = 9400 GT
GT120 = 9500 GT
GT130 = 9600 GSO = 8800 GS

Your just below the cut-off point.

Also, although your CPU is good enough to run the game, mild overclocking would probably increase your score a bit.

Thanks for the input. I thought my video card was causing the problem. I've had problems with this card running high temps and even restarting to my comp while playing WoW. Guess its time for a new card.
