He probably just got bored and zoned out. It's nice that it was considered quite amusing, if something similar happened in football there would be an uproar.

Granted that poor ref's video is hilarious but chances are he was just nervous. Probably his first time being the White Hat and not just a line judge or some shit. That'll be me next season doing High School games... yea... my dad convinced me to do it ;-;
