Vel and I both lost leves the other night though due to DC. That's been a common complaint since the get go. You DC and you auto lose. Now... you might say well make it doesn't count against people if they DC so thy can try again, unfortunately there are people who would get a group, start their leve, then force dc and keep doing that, so that would allow people to exploit the system.
So instead what they have is if you fail, you can try again after a period of time. Now, if you lost your reward despite having won a leve... once again, they're not going to help you. Instead, I suggest you fill out a bug report:

Sounds pretty straight forward, they don't want you to e-mail them about it, they want you to "call" them directly. I can already predict them telling you to uninstall the game and reinstall it. And if that doesn't work, they are going to tell you "We will look into it.". Unless you get someone who is actually willing to ask you for your video card specs.

Follow the stops through support and eventually you'll get to phone service. What's going on is you have an issue that's complex enough that they need to talk to you in real time about it, as writing it to you won't explain what you need to do as well.

No offense though, they most likely will tell him it is an in game issue that that phone support is only for account and billing related issues. Sorry but that is how the MMO systems work now days (saving monvey and avoiding confrontation).
You can try the phone method but while you wait you should stay logged in with a GM ticket starting with:

"(explain issue that gave reason for your need to speak to a GM)"
"(state what you feel you deserve and why)"
"Thanks >^.^<"

If you are kind and patient you may get what you are asking for, if not then at least it will be fixed in the next patch? Or at least you can make a suggestion and ask the GM to look into sending feedback to change the way leve's react when you disconnect.
(yes vari i have mostly calmed with age and the use of less alcohol)

2. I was not done talking, I had more then one issue
3. This is not like WoW where i have to wait 2 hrs, get discontented and wait 2 more hours. ( they had a memory or called me back or something wow did) I cannot hold a phone that long because of my back.

Sadly, Rambus, I have no idea how to help you on this one. The only thing I can think of is calling them and putting your phone on loudspeaker so you don't have to hold it, or simply re-installing.
