Sadly, Rambus, I have no idea how to help you on this one. The only thing I can think of is calling them and putting your phone on loudspeaker so you don't have to hold it, or simply re-installing.

naa i think im done with this, I just typing a bug report and a comment thingy about giving better service in this regard( they badly need more in game help) and thats it

I talked to others they said they enourted the same thing but class change helped them. when i did that it took away my basic attack O_o

Fair enough. Ironic that a Japanese company has no regard for customer service, though.

When i herd they said they would be learning from the issues of XI i thought they would address the customer service aspect.
In FFXI GMs would answer you no matter what you submitted, they then started to relay more on auto messages. In other words its my view FFXI just spiraled down in the quality of service.
Since the start however they tried to recover hack accounts and fraud trades but a very small number are successful.
I was hoping this trend did not shoot directly in FFXIV, but apparently it seems that's exactly what is happening.
At one point I thought SE was trying to blame the lack of service on playonline, but yeah i dont think thats the case.
