Is there a maintenance today ( 19 October ) ?

I'm getting this screen but I can't find any information about a maintenance :

No Maintenace listed for the 19th on the official site.

Yes I checked there as well.

I guess people can log on normally. Something must be messed up with the software. Or an emergency maintenance ?

Very weird anyway...

Edit : Okay found it. It's because SE software is using Internet Explorer in a frame. If IE security level for cookies is too high, you get this page. What a silly idea to use IE for the frame in the software... Sigh
