Hi,
I cancelled my account awhile ago. Today I went to reactivate it. I've changed credit cards from mastercard to visa, so I need to input the new information to pay for the account. While I can update the card number I cannot update the card type because it says "Service fees for this month have not yet been charged. As such you cannot update the payment method at this time"
How do I fix this?
