Wow....totally wasn't expecting haste on the body piece at all. And I'm so glad the hands have haste too since I got screwed out of Homam hands awhile back.

it's strange feeling though. I've 1 by 1 eliminated my homam gear. now the hands remain, and thats it. I just hope hands are as obtainable as head and legs

I got lucky on my feet I guess. I just +1'd them lastnight but I've had the NQs for about a month now. <.<

i have the nq as of last week but still cant get seals to drop and the quest can go suck it. iv logged at least 15 hours in abyssea this week and still havent seen dnc or blu feet drop(8/8 dnc seals 4/8 blu). glad the drop rates are going to be better. also something in the update notes about using "dominion notes" to buy stuff think one of our new AF bases will come from this?

I noticed that too. I'm assuming you'll need to buy either the hands or body with those notes.

Too bad we got screwed out of the Twilight belt (DEF:8 "Double Attack"+2% Haste+7%). But hey, 3% haste on body, STILL NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO MAKE DRK NOT SUCK IN ABYSSEA.

Body can be bought for 1500 Dominion points in U. Range. Hands can be bought for 25k Curor in U. Range.

I got 2 hand seals doing Dominion in U. Range. If that helps. Got them in about 45min worth of xping there.

The new FOV in Heros Areas called Dominion. Super easy to do.

If you dont need Aurum for x-hit build, least now Apoc users can cap haste w/o Cata and use a better ws outside of when they need the drain ability(though outside solos and maybe 1-3 man groups, shouldnt)

possibly gained from completeing their missions in sandy?
but that is kinda specific to drk.. maybe it's just related to the "most drk" of the them..
