Hi fellow bst, and happy new year!
I was wondering if someone made any parsing regarding our new pets?
I witnessed an argument in my pt today regarding the effectiveness of Lulush Vs Nazuna when I used a Sieghard (raptor), that seems to be quite disappointing.
What do you think?

Nazuna and Lalush are both great pets for party use. From my short eyeballing I would say Lalush is less damaging/sturdy, however it brings the option of Wild Carrot for your group. For solo I'd use Nazuna if I couldn't get away with Dipper Yuly for the increased treasure hunter. With Abyssea what Atma are available is as important as anything else.

for solo in abyssea, id actually recommend Yuly (merited, naturally) with 2x pet eva axes,
Atma of: Mounted Champion, and Ducal Guard. the last one would be entirely dependant on what you are fighting but, I would use a melee or regen atma (RR or Vicissitude)
I've witnessed it myself to be a mostly superior evasion tank.
in times of which evasion tanking arent effective, any old pet will do - I use FatsoFargann for blunt damage resistance paired with acid mist, I had Gangly Gean hitting for 70's i think it was (i think, id have to pull out my logs)

I forget their names, but there are two evasion atmas (+40 each) that would probably kick much ass with this pet tanking.

Cloak and Dagger from the Konchtat Highlands Tonberry, spawned from a item or keyitem the random tonberry NM drops.
Sand Emperor from the Altep Sabotender, spawned from treant drop and black mandragora NM drop.
Gives both accuracy and evasion.
I'm more partial to Voracious Violet, Gnarled Horn, and Raised Ruins.
