Ive only bought the first abyessa expansion will I be able to lvl 85-90 with just that? Just want to flag up get a invite a go. Im only playing as lvl cap is increases. Im holding out doing anything till 99 and to see what SE does with end game.

Seeing as how most xp is done in dominion now, and the only way you're gonna be decent in xp is with atma's from new zones (scars and heroes) and quest boss wins (for a 3rd lunar, after buying the 2nd in scars).... yes you need them all.

I pretty much agree with Aeonknight. Almost every xp pt I see forming is for Dominion ops in Abyssea Altepa so you're going to be hurting for invites without it. I've seen a few AF3 feet farming parties for the Scars zones, but Visions zones seem a rarity nowadays unless doing it with an LS static to farm key items from gold chests.

Ill pick them up then.Are the atams the items you buy with the abyessa points? I never spent any of the abyessa points so I hope I have enough for them if that is the case.

In any case. If i buy scars and hero's exp's, break limit, flag up, will I just be able to go to the new area and grind away?

You can buy some atma's with cruor. The good ones? no, you'll most likely need a party or 2 to get those. But merc groups are starting to pop up for the essential ones, so may be spending gil rather than cruor. Whichever way you decide to go, well worth the effort.

most of my exp has been in la thane platu, so the answer to the title is no, the answer to the comment is yes

I did not even have the last 2 expands for a while, even after getting them most of my exp came from la thene.

I have 16 - 90s now.

one party in la thane on frogs that sucked
one or 2 on frogs that was "decent" ( better then past exp rates though but a bit subpar on today's standereds)

who knows how meny on wroms in la thane.

one party on birds in some new area that sucked.

one party on OP dolls in altepha.

and i did not really like doing that, to much completion.

i dont know how the new areas compare to this but i did do 3 jobs 76-90 and caping merits(20)/ exp 3 times in la thane in a 24 hour period
