Hey guys, I've been searching for a decent spellcast for whm, and since I really have no idea how to read xml (yes I have notepadd ++) it's hard for me to discern if the ones I've found have what I'm looking for.

I need your basic set for standard magery. Fast cast for na spells/esuna/haste/erase etc. Enfeeb/enhancing/healing~

What I'm looking for is a spellcast with 2 fast cast sets, one for cure spells so i can use cure casting time down gear, and one for regular spells. Can it be done?

Also, content is not difficult enough to justify the sort of neurotic "I swear, it makes a difference" bullshit that is typical of the "No, it isn't playing the game for me, I just happen to be jerking off in the next room while killing things" crowd. Don't worry, though, I am mocking you, but I think that not-playing is the best option at present.

Actually, I have very detailed macros for all of these actions. So, don't give me that "I'm to lazy to make an effort and play this game bullshit." I don't know necessarily where you get your fix by mocking just about everything you reply to, but in a post as simple as this where I'm asking for help, there is no reason to come in here, and not offer it. You don't know my reasons for asking, so back off. I'm sorry you're so damn jaded with this game and the people on it, but don't take it out on me.

There aren't many WHM spellcasts floating around, especially for spellcast 2.4. You can check out the one submitted on the windower website that you might be able to add your gear sets to:

You can also browse through the spellcast section on Blue Gartr, but it's a little difficult to find what you're looking for.
The best advice would be to study the code on other peoples .xmls for various jobs until you get a basic understanding of it and then try and build your own. You can always chop and change certain components in for bits that you like but it'll be difficult to find one thats exactly tailored to your needs.

I'll admit, I'm not really that 'hardcore' when it comes to playing whm. Certainly not enough to want to keep any gear outside of Refresh, Cure Potency, and Enmity down.

For those that do hMP, enfeebling, and enhancing sets, "Why not just put them on palettes 10 and 2 on your macro book? It's not like they wouldn't fit, and you even have palettes 3-9 if you really want to push the envelope."

Since coming back to FFXI, I'm a relatively new WHM. eg. I haven't played it for 5+ years, only about 3 months. Furthermore, I've only gotten into SpellCast in the last month or so. I never used it back when I played Seraa and soloed anything I could. That was all SE-legit macros.

I started using Aikar's WHM template and have modified it to meet my needs/gear. I struggled with comprehending the order of things and rule types etc but I feel that my SC does about anything I'd need it to do as WHM. If you PM me, I am willing to share and you can edit it where needed. Aikar's SC was a VERY good starter and with some altercations, I feel mine to be as well. There's probably a couple lines that don't fire right that I'm yet to notice because of not doing certain actions super often etc but I've done a lot of tweaking to it over the past two weekends.

About the only thing I still feel it's lacking is that I haven't integrated /ja support very much. However, outside the typical cure/changespell/-na stuff, there's support for /sch, ele nukes (lol), banish, melee, checks for locking weaps and now blowing TP after a mob dies, and WS. The latter is Aikar's own though. I don't have WS gear yet. I'm only 267 club and still skilling up in acc gear and using a friends KC w.
