I tried Infernal Scythe, but thats crap.

What atmas did you use and against what?
If it was Rani then it's pretty resistant to Dark element which is why Infernal might have been weak, unless you wern't using MAB atmas?
I would think for DRK Herculean Slash might be pretty good, using Beyond/Ultimate/Smiting Blow.

I brewed Shin on drk a while ago so I don't remember the atmas I used but I do remember using Cross Reaper a lot which was generally better than the other ws I cycled through.

It would do around 3-5k per ws but my scythe skill level was abysmally low at that time.

Since then I haven't brewed anything on drk but I have on Blu and I can tell you that Sanguine Blade generally does anywhere between 9-15k per ws. (usually have minikin monstrosity on so the +50 Int probably helps)

If for some reason I'm on brewing on drk again, I'd probably just toss on that Accolade Sword and Sanguine Blade the mob to death.

On Shinyu, I use herculean slash for generally 18-21k damage. I use atma of beyond, ultimate, and apoc. I could swap apoc out for baying moon for more damage but I usually like the RR just in case I die pre-brew, then I don't need healer to waste MP on me.

I am not sure why inferno scythe did badly, but herculean slash usually finishes it in 3 swings.

Aeoline edge would work well for DRK as well and it SCs with itself for fast kills.

Nvm, seems the damage modifier on herculean slash is the same across the board. On some of the other elemental weapon skills it can be useful to use smiting blow for the TP Bonus: Superior.

We had a WHM that brews and I was trying to tell him to do a SC that invloded flash nova. Apperantly it did not work because wiki did not list its induration property, so after telling him to spam that he riped though shit fast.

does drk get acesss to that ws? wiki says level 88 for the skill, you could spam that as well since as an induaraton / reverbation ws, it makes fragmentation self sced.

and i am under the impression that brew caps everything outside maybe crt hit damage ( so raised ruin if you have a crt ws to use though emperaon ws) tripple and double attacks.

MaB atmas seem not to effect the magic ws much while brewed.

Herculean Slash looks like it self scs to impaction then to detoation according to wiki, tha is prob best if you have it.
