I won a bunch of rank 5's, and one rank 4 (thankfully on my main character). I'm not really sure what to get for my rank 4 prize yet. I know the gil items plummeted in value, so not really interested in them. I mainly play mage jobs so I don't think the torques would be a good use of the coupon, and leaning towards one of the mage capes, possibly Merciful. I've never done much with Sea, so not sure how difficult any of these items are to get normally or if this would be a good choice.

Capes are absolute garbage in the current state of the game.

I was glancing over the prizes... almost all of them are pretty much worthless except the Empyrean weapon prize. Black Belt still holds up if you lack the time and/or luck to get the items (the recent popularity of Monks has made it virtually impossible unless you're willing to drop an exorbitant price, or so I'm told) and a few other items aren't terrible, but the Bonanza seems to really have become a long list of booby prizes to beguile the credulous. I'd even include gil in that 'cause, really, what're you buying with gil anymore? Food and some jutsu tools are not hard to farm for.
