So whats the optimum mantle these days for both TP and WS?

My choices are Atheling Mantle, Bellenos' Mantle, and Cuchulains. I'd like to see opinion on people about different situations and what mantle they use.

Inside Abyssea, Atheling should be the best bet for TP granted you don't need any ACC (which is usually the case inside there). For WS, I'd imagine Cuchulain's comes ahead most of the time, but that there are also better options to use. However, I'm not up to date on my back pieces so I could be missing something obvious.

Edit: If you need ACC (anything more than a couple points), you'll most likely want to switch to Belenos' for TP inside Abyssea, and Cuchulain's outside.

Well outside of Abyssea is currently a joke since you'll cap acc just like inside. The real distinction is uncapped or capped accuracy situations.

TP w/ Capped Acc: Atheling
TP w/o Capped Acc: Sharpeye

WS w/ Capped Acc: Atheling (if you're hurting for ATK) or Nifty/Cuchulain (depending on if you're hitting capped fSTR)
WS w/o Capped Acc: Cuchulain's

Belenos vs Sharpeye is a little deceiving there. You'd need to be making full use of the extra couple points of ACC and be at attack cap for it to be clearly superior, because the 2 STP has a moderately good chance of lowering how many hits you need to get 100 because of the low delay on daggers. While STP is weakened a little bit by the amount of TA/DA that THF currently has access to, it's still an improvement and shouldn't be ignored outright. Regardless, this is just semantics because you should be capping ACC on most everything.

How much of an increase you're going to get out of that really depends on your crit rate and +crit dmg before you put it on, but if you're anywhere near crit dmg cap or your crit rate isn't that spectacular, it's not going to be giving you that big of an increase.
