I was wondering the existance of this and if it impacts how you do your merits. I was interested in doing 2 spell effects if it was reasonable enough not to merit this due to the cap.

Cap is 50% iirc, and NIN gets 25% just via traits according to old wiki, but that only goes up to lv75 caps it seems. All NIN merits are pretty worthless, but with how universally suck Elemental nukes are and how little the resistances matter atm, Subtle blow is the only thing that seems like it will do anything.

that wasnt actually a helpful post, that being said, aisha, merits, and job traits should put you at cap, and i believe yurin can boost thay further. im just spewing guesses, though

job traits should give +25
aisha should give +20
merits give +5

its definitely noticable during solo. ill go through a mob and it will only ws once, as opposed to the usual twice. standard mobs that are ep-em range, that is
