thinking of coming back

I`m really thinking of coming back to FFXI but its been so long since i last played and it looks like theres so much new shit its kinda overwhelming. Is an hour or 2 a day still not enough time to do anything? Last i played was 08`

Don't do it, and no 1-2 hrs a day is not nearly enough to get a decent amount of progress made.

Thats what i was afraid of, still takes forever and a day to get something done.

Things get done considerably faster compared to before, but even in Abyssea, you need a good initial time investment to even start making progress.
