Has Sega finally gotten their act together? Sonic Generations now this?

Phantasy Star series producer Satoshi Sakai and his staff promised on stage at the event that they are trying their best to give players a strong feeling of adventure that they feel has been lost in today's world of RPGs, and the aim is to bring a more mass appeal while making sure hardcore fans and online gamers have plenty to enjoy as they celebrate the 10th anniversary of Phantasy Star Online's release.

Phantasy Star Online was one of the best mmorpgs out there and it sucks they shut down their PC servers.
I am glad they are bringing us a sequel.

This looks pretty cool! The combat looks quite a bit like S4 League, only then more large scale. I think I will try this game out sometime, whenever it will be released.

I've been playing a Schthack for years. Shit is pretty fun. I only average a few hours a week, but it is definitely a good game. PSU JP is free to play btw, and 360 servers are still up. There IS a PSU private server, but it is glitchy as fuck and missions don't work. Also, PSO and PSU are two different animals, you can't compare them.
