has a semi potent def down effect dmg went from 800->1100ish on a tpswapped 2nd shatterer.

But in general, the dmg seems inferior to even Daze (which was doing 1400ish) and paired with wind maneuver priority, it will make using armor piercer much harder since thats my ranged accuracy maneuver.

my archery skill isnt capped yet but its pretty close and I had a ranged accuracy + major on at the time, so I dont think its that my shots are missing.

Am i missing anything with this particular ws?

looks like the ws is going to get buffed. Significantly I hope

string shredder is also getting buffed, and I thought it was already a pretty good ws averaging 800 which is still way better than lol bonecrusher

Ugh, I don't even know if I have capped ranged skill for a level 75 automaton, let alone level 90. I've always hated that long ranged delay.
