Hey guys, I'm in the process of trying to get my information back from PlayOnline, but so far I haven't had any luck.
I've provided them a lot of the information that they asked for, but 2 of the requested info: Credit Card Information and POL Registration Code.
I no longer have the original game or any of the booklets, so the registration code is gone for good. Also, the CC information I used back then(2003) is different now
and I no longer know the digits to it.
I was curious if anyone has had experiences or knows someone with the experiences of reactivating their accounts with limited amount of information
to provide to SE. Were they able to recover it even with missing information or were they still denied the information? How long did it take to finally get the information, if they did
and what information did they end up using to recover their account?

Any information would be great guys! I know these boards aren't as lively as they used to be, but I notice a few people posting and hopefully you guys can help me out.
Thanks!

When I decided to come back, I couldn't remember my password so I figured I would call to have it reset. I gave every bit of information except the Reg. Code because I as well lost my starting booklet and my old phone number(I apparently used an old cell phone). The person I spoke to said that the Registration Code helped but was not needed but because I did not remember my phone number on the account, she could not help me because I couldn't be verified as the account owner. After some digging around I found my previous cell phone numbers and finally got the help I was looking for, so your best bets would be to maybe call Visa or Master Card and see if you can find out your old card number, or maybe find a CC statement with the numbers or last 4 at least on it and give them a call back.
