ok im on tril for 90 aegis now does anyone know how the nm Goublefaupe it says I-7 after the eye is killed anyone know if you still have to kill eye or are the nm always up now or is it a force pop nm now thanks

According to BG Wiki it is a forced pop. Farm the Hydra PLD/RDM/WAR in Dynamis - Beaucedine for the "Despot's Fortune" pop item, then trade it to the ??? at (I-7) to spawn.
