Sorry to respond with a question - I recently registered my collector's key I have sat on for awhile now... and it says I need to sign up for basic service (9.99$)...any clue what's up?

I just got it running a few days ago and it asked the same thing from me. It just wants credit card info but doesn't actually charge you for anything when you enter it.
