Hey all,

So i d/l'ed the collectors edition from gamestops (this may alone be the problem lol) new impulse downloader that works just fine. the problem that i am having is that i can only find the registration code and nothing for the reward. Im not exactly lossing sleep over this but its something that i paid for and want to get. Ive tried using the same reg code as a reward code and nothing there. Ive tried it from the FFIX Splash page and it directs me to the SE "Add options" web page which will not accept the reg. code as a reward code (Which a prior forum had mentioned might work).

Im dreading a call to either SE or Gamestop for this.

If anyone has any clue what im doing wrong i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Ok, so i tried that and i get told to go to the SE web site again. Guess im gonna make that call today once their centers open. Thanks anyways for the help and ill post whatever happens so that others can know

I am having this same issue, i just DL the game yesterday and i have been looking all over the net to find out how to get my serial codes and stuff. kind of frustrating

i can save you a lot of trouble and stop looking lol, i meant to call today but i didnt have time. When i do, i will post desired info here. This is beyond frustrating but atleast im able to play the game. lol

Edit: i prolly put atleast 3 or 4 hours of research into it with no success
