So I was just wondering if anyone could help me in trying to figure out what my Square enix ID is, I went to SE's main website and issued a ticket for them to send me my ID through e-mail, but every time I do it they send me a e-mail back saying "We are sorry but you did not provide enough information to prove that you own this account - Ticket closed." I dont know what to put cause all it says is contact details and explain what is wrong, I than called them and they said they can't help me because i have to open up a ticket online, so I asked them all the information that I needed in order to open up a ticket, they told me, so I went online and opened up another ticket. A week later i get a e-mail stating "We are sorry but you did not provide enough information to prove that you own this account - Ticket closed." I was just hoping is it at all possible to just call them up and tell them my password, my security token UPC and my one time password on it to confirm? because they never ever ask that, but that seems logical to me.

If all else fails i guess i could just start a whole brand new account, but i spent $85 on the CE of FFXIV so if i do i would have to un link my security token from my old account and put it on my new one, plus i wouldn't get that little gay ass onion helm thing, so can anyone help me out at all? or maybe if im lucky get someone to post it on the lodestone? cause i cant get into the lodestone anymore since i dont remember my ID and maybe hopefully get a DEV to help me out. or if I have to start a new account could someone tell me how to exactly go about un linking my security token to my old one if its possible since i can't get into my old account and put it onto my new account? any help would be much appreciated ^.~ ty very much
