I am a retired/disappeared player from Remora. But I miss FFXI too much so I come back here KI to say HI.

Well, looks like this board has shifted its energy elsewhere. Where is Claude, Bold, Kyan? Do people still play this game?

I have seen people saying now in-game it's a different environment, one of a much friendlier and enjoyable, is it true?
I am pondering the chance of coming back.

After all, I had a lot of fun with this game lol.

Nothing, long story short...
I had a momentary mental relapse and decided to check out how FFXI is doing on various sites.

and now here I am thinking about coming back to the game and trying to find peeps I know haha!

so everyone quit huh... and level cap is 99 now?

how was the game like when you quited bold?
Was it more relaxing because of certain changes of game environment (population, soloability.. etc)?
or somehow less fun because of..... ?

Well, after I beat FFXI I will beat FFIV next. One at a time.

Even if it takes a decade and multiple breaks, lol.

I reactivated yesterday. Game's on easy mode now.... still an MMO grind though. /shrug
