Hello everyone!

I used to play back when COP came out, but I never really got that far. Had to quit because I moved to a place with terrible internet connectivity, but always wanted to come back. Finally I am in a situation where I can play again.

Back when I played I was on Carbuncle and never really had a friends list or a linkshell. I got to level 30 though and got my subjobs and then had to quit. I read a little bit online and heard that Odin had a big server population, so I figured I would join.

Just looking for some tips, or a linkshell that's beginner friendly and chill. So far the game seems terribly different in some ways. With level 99's running about and everyone being subbed dancer or something. Biggest surprise was getting to valkurm and finding it desolate with yet again 20 or 30 level 99's. I guess noone lvl's at valkurm anymore? everyone levels at gusgen mines now off of that quest?

Anyways if anyone wants to send me a few pointers or point me in the right direction to not being a gimp please help me out. It would be much appreciated!

ive been doing the trial for the past few days and its been fun, theres some solo quests you can do now and i got to level 7 pretty quickly, i guess theres a way to solo up pretty high now with those quests, which is nice, i just bought the full game off steam for 13.99. not a bad price

hey if u guys need help makin cash. ive been buying butterfly axes from npc for like 692 and selling them in ah for 3000+. works everytime sold prolly 8 or 9 axes. I also found that selling conquest point items works good too. you can get a cheap 1000 point conquest item like the axes or scythes or knuckles from bastok and sell them for an eassy 4 grand.

im hesitant to post this next one cuz it works great and i dont wanna mess it up but ive been buying stacks of millioncorn from npc for 12x47 i think ans selling stacks for 3 g straight. they sell fast too. also sapara and xiphos are huge markup on ah compared to npcs. id say go to all the npc and write down there prices then check the ah and see what has the best profit.

Thanks, I'll look into it. Was wondering how I was going to make some cash... starting fresh is always difficult.
