Chatty Lite (Android app FFXIV) for chatting

It has caught to my attention that there is an app on the Android market for FFXIV that basically allows you to send all kinds of messages from your android phone to the game. Here's the link.

Chatty Lite

Now what I want to know is if anyone has actually tried this app, there is one review for this app from some guy saying he's a linkshell leader and that the app is good, and I saw another thread about a guy asking if there was a link to download the app for free and the response he got was that the app was not worth it because he could not get it to work. I'm just wondering if this app is any good or the developer of the app is just full of shit and wants to earn easy money.

I appreciate any responses, thank you.

since I can download the app for free through bill to mobile through my employer, I went ahead and downloaded it..... the screenshots are EXACTLY what you see. There is apparently no way to get your port and IP address to log in without the desktop programme which is conveniently missing from the ffevo website. So I honestly think that the whole thing is a scam, but I'd be glad to be proven wrong.

Yeah I was looking for the program that was needed along with the app, tried to look for it to, even shot an emaiil to the developer and no response. Thanks for following up too! I'm still looking for more research if anyone wants to help.
